Instructional Designer – AI Video Production Experience: 5+ Years | Industry: EdTech/eLearning | Type: Contract/Project-Based | Location: Remote About the Role We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support an AI-powered video production project. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences and converting approved content into AI-avatar and video-based learning in collaboration with AI Engineers.

Key Responsibilities - Design and storyboard video-based learning content.

• Create scripts and scene directions for AI-generated videos using HeyGen or similar tools.
• Review scripts, recordings, voiceovers, and multimedia assets.
• Provide direction on scenes, visuals, on-screen text, assets, and voiceover alignment.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and knowledge checks as required.
• Review AI-generated videos for instructional quality, accuracy, engagement, and content alignment.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and ensure content follows approved client material and project guidelines.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design/eLearning.

• Strong experience in storyboarding and video-based learning.
• Experience with scripts, recordings, voiceovers, and multimedia content.
• Experience with HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar AI video platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional design, assessments, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and content-review skills.
• EdTech/eLearning experience preferred.
