About the Role

E-Solutions is seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to support lead generation and pipeline development for our Digital Engineering and Emerging Technologies practice in the US market. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and nurture prospect relationships
• Work closely with the Field Sales team to schedule meetings and sales opportunities
• Research prospects to understand business challenges and align solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeted campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate with 1+ years of inside sales experience in international tech services (US/Canada)
• Experience pitching solution-led offerings to CXO-level stakeholders
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Understanding of the tech ecosystem including cloud, open-source tech, POC, MVP, GTM, Microservices, Agile
• Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently or in teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
