Role: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
• Identify potential clients and understand their IT requirements.
• Explain IT products, software solutions, and services to prospective customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Maintain lead details, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in CRM software.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and pending deals.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, software, and technology services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Lead generation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain solutions effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
