Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious people who are passionate about Inside sales with Ed-tech experience (not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through calls (Leads will be provided)
• Clearly explain features, benefits & value based on client needs.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain healthy communication to drive successful closures.
• Participate in webinars, training sessions to enhance understanding and sales approach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects & prepare sales reports.
• Work closely with the senior team to understand market trends, sales strategies & customer insights.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates with up to 2- 3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interest in inside sales and willingness to learn from industry experts.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions confidently.
• Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
