Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can effectively handle customer enquiries, build strong client relationships and convert leads into confirmed event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from digital marketing, website and social media platforms.
• Understand client requirements for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and other celebrations.
• Conduct professional sales calls and follow-ups.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.
• Handle price negotiations and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Event Sales or Hospitality Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales closing and customer-handling abilities.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Event Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
