Job Summary

Zyrax Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to connect with potential customers, explain our fitness services, and convert leads into sales through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with leads.
• Explain Zyrax Fitness services, including online fitness and wellness programs.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain lead records and update sales reports regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and customer objections.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Sales experience is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

Compensation

Salary: As per company policy, plus performance-based incentives.
