Required Qualifications: Graduate + MBA (Specialization in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Responsibilities:
Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
Handing overqualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing
Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM
Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage (for Tech business). Other Soft
