Information Technology Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Manager role based in Kochi. The person in this position will drive IT sales opportunities, manage client accounts, and build long-term relationships with organizations seeking technology and recruitment solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal recruiting teams to understand client requirements, tracking sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The Information Technology Sales Manager will maintain market awareness, provide feedback on service offerings, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Sales skills, with a proven track record in meeting targets and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and expand a high-quality client base.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and solutions to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates should possess experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, IT services, or related sectors, and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred; prior leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.

Domestic Kerala /IT cloud Sales will be an advantage.
