• Carryout Process Improvement / Method Engineering and maintain database.
• Responsible for providing Operation break down, line layout.
• Provide standard Time for Costing purpose and monitor the same during production.
• Carryout Dynamic line balancing and provide input to the supervisors.
• Monitor Individual operators efficiency and coordinate with production head for improving the low performance operators.
• Constantly study the layout and improve the layout performance.
• Create & maintain Model Line and carryout breakthrough initiatives.
• Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
• To monitor our current operations and determine more efficient production processes.
• Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Industrial systems engineers evaluate, design and manage manufacturing and service processes in the field of operations.
• Planning and monitoring of production systems, allocation and scheduling of resources, assignment and scheduling of employees, quality assurance, and management of inventories.
• Responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes that maximize efficiency and reducing inefficiency, reducing waste and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.
• Training staff & workers for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
• Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Documentation and organization skills and proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
