Role Description As an Independent Business Owner at Social Media Management, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a social media marketing business from our on-site location in Sikar. In this full-time role, you will design and execute social media campaigns, oversee client accounts, and ensure that marketing activities support client goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. You will meet with clients to understand their objectives, develop proposals and content plans, coordinate posting schedules, and monitor performance metrics. The position also involves budgeting, basic business administration, and building new client relationships through networking and local outreach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage social media campaigns that support clear business objectives.
• Strong skills in content creation for social platforms, including writing, visual coordination, and brand messaging.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance, interpreting analytics, and making data-informed adjustments.
• Capability to manage day-to-day business operations, including client communication, scheduling, and basic budgeting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently on-site in Sikar and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends; prior business or marketing experience is beneficial.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
