Import And Export Manager

OMSARA Industries Pvt. Ltd. (PCBZone) is looking for an experienced Import & Export Manager to manage our international procurement, imports, exports, and overseas vendor coordination.

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

💼 Experience: 3–7 Years

🏭 Industry: PCB / Electronics / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete Import & Export activities

Handle China & overseas supplier coordination

Manage international procurement of PCB raw materials, chemicals, CCL/ACCL and other production materials

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery schedules

Coordinate with suppliers, CHA, customs brokers and freight forwarders

Handle import/export documentation and shipment tracking

Manage HS Code, customs and DGFT-related compliance

Develop and maintain reliable international suppliers

Coordinate export orders and shipments with international customers

Resolve shipment, documentation and supplier-related issues

Candidate Profile

3–7 years of experience in Import & Export

Strong experience in China imports and international purchasing

Good knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Good communication and MS Excel/ERP skills

PCB/Electronics/Manufacturing/Chemical industry experience will be an advantage

Note: Local purchase and local sourcing will be handled by a separate team.
