Position: Import & Export Manager

Experience: 8-12 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end import & export documentation2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters3. Handle shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and LC documents4. Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and international trade regulations5. Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues6. Maintain shipment records and prepare MIS reports7. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution

Required Skills:Knowledge of Import-Export procedures and documentation

Understanding of Customs Clearance and International Trade Regulations

Familiarity with Incoterms, LC, DGFT & GST processes

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability .
