Implementation Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Implementation Executive to manage the onboarding and implementation of Edutinker’s ERP solutions for educational institutions. The role involves client coordination, product training, troubleshooting, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ERP implementation.
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth product adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and user training sessions.
• Provide ongoing client support through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
• Handle functional and data-related issues across modules such as Fee Management, Admissions, LMS/E-learning, and other ERP modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Product and Development teams for resolution.
• Maintain documentation of client requirements, issues, resolutions, and implementation status.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare implementation and customer status reports when required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, ERP Implementation, Product Support, or Client Management.
• Experience with ERP/software products; EdTech or education-sector experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and relationship-management skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in conducting user training and onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic productivity tools.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
