Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in IBM FileNet, Java Spring Batch, and UNIX scripting, along with hands-on experience in FileNet customization, plugin development, and content management integrations. The role requires working independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy FileNet metadata using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
• Develop custom code modules using Java FileNet API and CMIS Web Services.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins such as EDS and Action Plugins.
• Work with IBM Content Collector (ICC) for content management solutions.
• Manage source code using repositories such as GitHub.
• Design, develop, and consume RESTful services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Support and enhance enterprise content management applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to deliver project requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in IBM FileNet Metadata Configuration and Deployment using FDM.
• Hands-on experience with Java FileNet API and CMIS Web Services.
• Experience in IBM Content Navigator (ICN) Customization and Plugin Development (EDS, Action Plugin, etc.).
• Experience with IBM Content Collector (ICC).
• Experience working with GitHub or similar source code repositories.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch, particularly in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of UNIX scripting.
