IAM Analyst (Entra ID, AD)

Job Description

• Experience in Identity & Access Management operations.
• Experience in Directory Services administration.
• Experience in Identity Operations support.
• Experience in Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience in Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
• Write and troubleshoot small automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Support Identity infrastructure and services running in cloud environments.
• Independently investigate operational issues.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure identity services.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting IAM infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Exposure to advanced SailPoint features and identity governance workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting SSO, MFA, and federation-related issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity security and access management best practices.
