Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Lead to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-platform app development, team leadership, and architecture planning using Flutter and Dart. You will be responsible for leading the Flutter team, driving product architecture, and ensuring delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.Architect scalable and maintainable codebases across Android and iOS platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.Guide and mentor a team of Flutter developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.Ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration.Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

8+ years of total mobile development experience, with at least 5 years in Flutter.Proficient in Dart programming language.Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).Integration experience with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a team lead or technical architect.Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.Knowledge of DevOps for mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store.
