About the role

Maxima Technologies is a US-based consulting firm looking for an HR Recruiting Manager to own our internal recruitment function end-to-end for offshore operations. You'll lead from the front personally, hiring for all internal open positions while building and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Associates/HR Recruiters. This is a strategic, target-oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and hires for both skill and culture fit.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all internal open positions across the company.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates/Recruiters.
• Set hiring targets and drive the team to meet them consistently.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategy, sourcing channels, and pipeline planning.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and close roles quickly.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire).
• Champion culture fit and a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience, including team leadership
• Proven ability to hire across functions in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic, target-driven, and hands-on — comfortable leading by example
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Immediate joiners strongly preferred
