This leader will optimise and scale HR practices to align with Nivoda's ambitious growth trajectory, fostering an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the company's mission of doubling revenue annually. This is an opportunity for an experienced, strategic HR professional who is equally comfortable in high-level planning and hands-on execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Build Scalable HR Programs and Processes
- including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure HR operations comply with regional regulations while maintaining the agility
Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to optimise HR processes and enhance
the employee experience.
Build frameworks for professional development, succession planning, and career
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR strategies and initiatives.
HR solutions that drive results.
~ Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, including workforce planning
and employee performance metrics. Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations while
Monitor HR trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organisation.
We're looking for an HR leader who combines strategic thinking with an ability to execute and deliver results.
5 - 7 years in HR or related roles with demonstrated expertise in global HR practices.
~ Proven experience in high-growth organisations, ideally in tech, marketplace, or
Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and analytics.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of implementing impactful HR
Experience working with distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Demonstrated success in scaling HR programs to align with organisational growth.
