We are looking for an experienced

Human Resources Manager

to lead

talent acquisition

and support our overall

HR operations.

Role Overview • The HR Manager will primarily lead end-to-end recruitment across onshore & offshore markets, while managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

• Focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across IT domain.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle , including onboarding, documentation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST .

Qualifications • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in IT core technology.

• Experience managing onshore & offshore hiring with usage of tools like LinkedIn or Naukri is MUST .
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, clients, and recruitment partners.
• Strong Experience in working on atleast one popular HR Tool like Zoho, ATS, WorkDay, KEKA and so forth.
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
