facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition, along with the ability to foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.

Qualification

BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management, training, learning, and career development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Partner with management to build a productive, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
• Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in the recycling industry will be given preference.
