Its core businesses span iron and steel with integrated capacity and captive power, grains and cereals through multiple rice and flour mills, alumina via a large Aluminium Trihydrate refinery, and extensive mining and minerals operations. MK Group also invests in food processing through pulp extraction and IQF plants.

Through Dhanpriya

Resources, the group is developing natural graphite mines and a pilot beneficiation plant to support India’s role in the global EV supply chain.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Tilda.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management across multiple business units.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisal processes, and driving employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives. The role will handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

Manager will collaborate with leadership to support organizational change, culture-building, and HR analytics for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong skills in HR operations, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor and statutory regulations.
  • Capability in learning and development, including training design, succession planning, and talent development programs.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related systems to support decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels and functions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-plant environments is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tilda, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, ethical approach to people management.
