Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhimavaram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support performance management, and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and company standards. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, supporting training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership to meet staffing and organizational needs. The role also involves monitoring attendance and HR metrics, preparing HR reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to the region.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidential information, demonstrate sound judgment, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, basic HR systems or HRIS tools, and MS Office applications.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a service-oriented or field operations environment.
