Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Management role based in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and organizing training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will also address employee queries, support employee engagement activities, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
• Experience in HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to the Indian context.
• Ability to manage performance review processes and support training and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HR software, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
