🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
• Conduct employee record audits and maintain accurate HR records.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze employee-related data.
• Support performance management, including KRI tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with employees, departments, and management on HR-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or a relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employee documentation, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and accountability.
