HR Executive / Manager - HR & Compliance | Monolithisch India Limited

Monolithisch India Limited, an SME-listed company, is looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage workforce attendance, contractor coordination, and labour law compliance.

📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage attendance of employees, workers and labourers, and maintain accurate records

✅ Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment, attendance verification and bill-related inputs

✅ Ensure principal employer and contractor compliances under applicable laws

✅ Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus and other statutory requirements

✅ Maintain statutory registers, returns and documentation

✅ Liaise with government departments, labour authorities and other agencies

✅ Coordinate payroll inputs for timely salary and wage processing

✅ Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and grievances

✅ Handle other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Social Work or a related field (MBA-HR / PGDPM preferred)

🔹 Relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup

🔹 Sound knowledge of labour laws and contractor compliance

🔹 Experience in handling workers, labourers and contractors

🔹 Good coordination and communication skills for dealing with agencies and authorities

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and attendance/payroll software

🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
