Role & responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track progress.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
• Negotiate salary and employment offers with candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and database management.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
