Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for the polymer manufacturing plant.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction for staff and shop-floor employees.
• Handle statutory compliance under the Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other labour laws.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, HRMS, and employee records.
• Build and maintain positive employee and industrial relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate training, skill development, and performance management (KRA/KPI and appraisal cycles).
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
• Support audits related to HR, ISO, customer requirements, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, PF/ESI offices, and factory inspectors.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower dashboards, attrition analysis, and monthly HR metrics.
• Partner with production, quality, EHS, finance, and operations teams to meet plant objectives.

Qualification

Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR.

• Additional qualification in Labour Laws/Industrial Relations is an advantage.

Experience

• 8 to12 years
• Plant HR leadership role.
• Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces and industrial relations.
