Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hub In-Charge to manage daily hub operations, vehicle movement, driver coordination, parking, loading/unloading, and operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations, timely dispatches, proper vehicle utilization, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hub Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day hub activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Vehicle Management:

Monitor vehicle arrival, departure, parking, availability, deployment, and utilization.

• Driver & Staff Coordination:

Manage drivers, helpers, and hub staff to ensure operational discipline and productivity.

• Dispatch & Delivery Management:

Ensure timely vehicle allocation, dispatch, delivery coordination, and resolution of operational delays.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, trip sheets, attendance, deliveries, and other operational activities.

• Fleet Maintenance:

Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, cleanliness, and routine inspections.

• Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and applicable transportation regulations.

• Issue Resolution:

Handle operational challenges, vehicle breakdowns, driver issues, and customer escalations promptly.

• Performance Monitoring:

Track daily operational KPIs, vehicle utilization, turnaround time, delivery performance, and operational costs.

• Inventory & Asset Control:

Monitor hub equipment, materials, and other company assets to prevent loss or damage.

• Team Management:

Allocate responsibilities, monitor staff performance, and maintain discipline at the hub.

• MIS Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with logistics or supply chain qualifications will be preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation, or hub operations.
• Strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle management, dispatch operations, and logistics documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and a result-oriented approach.
