Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our recruitment operations, with a strong focus on hiring for AI/ML engineering, software development, and other technology-related positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including AI Engineers, Agentic AI Engineers, Software Developers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other relevant technology roles.

-Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

-Screen resumes against job descriptions and evaluate candidates for relevant technical skills, experience, and role suitability.

-Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, communication skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.

-Coordinate technical interviews, candidate assessments, feedback collection, and follow-ups with hiring managers.

-Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

-Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing activity, screening outcomes, interview conversions, and offer status.

-Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

-Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate records are maintained accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, preferably in IT, software development, or AI-focused organizations.

-Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience recruiting AI Engineers, Software Developers, and other technical/software professionals.

-Good understanding of technical job descriptions, technology stacks, and relevant technical skills.

-Proficiency in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

-Strong resume-screening, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

-Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment timelines independently.

-Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with hiring managers and distributed teams.
