• *Experience:** 6 months minimum
• *Work Mode:** Work from Office
• *Working Days:** Monday–Friday
• *Timings:** 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• *Salary:** ₹15,000–₹17,000/month

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle basic **end-to-end recruitment**.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage offers and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment reports.

### Requirements

• 6+ months of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and sourcing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
