About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create and publish job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Meet with management as required to discuss hiring requirements, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Corporate roles.
• Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven hiring environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environments is an advantage.
