HR Recruiter

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Billing, Accounts, MIS, CRM, Marketing and other departments. Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels. Screen applications, conduct telephonic interviews, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews. Ensure timely candidate follow-ups, selection, offer acceptance and joining. Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports. Assist management in establishing basic HR processes, policies and documentation. Create and maintain employee records, attendance, leave and onboarding registers. Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and exit coordination. Maintain HR records using Google Sheets, Forms and Drive. Coordinate with management on recruitment targets and HR-related activities.
