Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.

Positive follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
