We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in localization and multilingual hiring to support large-scale programs. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding linguists, language experts, and subject matter specialists across multiple geographies and languages.

Who we’re looking for

• TA professionals/Vendor Coordinators from the localization industry
• 4+ years of relevant experience in freelance/contract hiring (Non Tech)
• Someone hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple freelancers and bulk hiring

Key Skills

• Strong global sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience working with multilingual talent pools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and database management skills
