JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment for vacancies in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, and Bahrain.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.

Communicate with candidates regarding job details, salary packages, interview schedules, and selection updates.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfil recruitment requirements within deadlines.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, documentation, visa processing, and deployment.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process. .
