HR Ops- Saudi and UAE

Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
• Facilitate induction programs and ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly.
• Administer exit formalities including clearance, visa cancellation, and final settlement.

Visa and Immigration

• Handle UAE visa processing (employment visa, residence visa, renewals, cancellations) in compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth visa and immigration processes.

Compliance and Records

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• Support GCC operations by ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and HR practices.

Reporting and Employee Support

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
