Hiring: HR Manager – Sukudo Studios

Sukudo Studios is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function and build a high-performing, people-first workplace.

Experience

5-6years of HR experience.

Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in media, entertainment, IT, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.

MBA in HR / PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the HR team.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and onboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, payroll coordination, and POSH regulations.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Maintain HR records, reports, and key people metrics.

Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and support business growth.

Skills Required

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of labour laws, POSH compliance, and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
