Hr Manager

Suvidha is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations and HR policy implementation across our Kaushambi and Prayagraj offices. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a strong organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, from sourcing to onboarding

Manage employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance and leave management processes

Design and implement HR policies in line with organisational goals and compliance requirements

Drive performance management processes including appraisals and goal setting

Plan and execute employee engagement and training initiatives

Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI and other applicable regulations

Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to senior management

Requirements

Graduate/MBA in HR or related field

5 to 8 years of experience in core HR functions, with team management exposure

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance

Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Ability to handle multi-location HR operations independently

Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
