HR Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
• Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred for mid-to-senior roles.
• Specialized certifications add value:
• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
• CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development)
• Diploma in Labor Laws & Industrial Relations (for compliance-heavy roles in India).

Professional Experience

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience for mid-level HR Manager roles.
• 2–3 years for senior HR Manager positions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Proven track record in:
• Recruitment & talent acquisition
• Employee relations and conflict resolution
• Policy drafting and compliance management
• Performance management systems
• HR analytics and technology adoption

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
