HR MANAGER

Hiring: HR Manager

Premier Cotton Textiles is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to lead our plant HR and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

 Labour mobilization and workforce planning, with a strong focus on migrant workforce recruitment and retention

 Statutory and labour law compliance

 Employee relations and welfare activities

 Factory administration and hostel/quarters management

 Liaison with government authorities and external agencies

 General HR operations and administrative functions

Preferred Profile

 12–15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (Textile industry preferred)

 Proven expertise in handling a large migrant workforce

 Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

 Must be willing to reside in the company quarters
