🎓 Qualification: B.Com + MBA / Diploma in HR

💼 Experience: 5–8 yrs in School HR

💰 Salary: ₹30–40K per month

🏠 Must reside in Tarapur (Boisar)

🔞 Age: 30–40 yrs

📌 Mandatory Requirements

• Prior HR experience in School/College
• Strong knowledge of PF, PT, Labour Laws
• Complete understanding of School HR processes
• Familiarity with latest POCSO rules
• Hands on with HR modules/software

📌 Preferred Profile

• Experience in CBSE school HR
• Already residing/working in Tarapur
