Role Description The HR Manager at Naukri Pay will oversee end-to-end HR operations for clients, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding, in an on-site role based in Palwal. This full-time position involves managing employee lifecycle processes, such as performance management, engagement initiatives, training coordination, and retention strategies. The HR Manager will collaborate with client leadership to understand staffing needs, design HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising HR documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, handling employee queries and grievances, and preparing HR reports and analytics. The role also requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting change management, and aligning HR practices with clients’ business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR documentation practices relevant to Indian employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office tools, and data-driven reporting for HR metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make sound, ethical decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, preferably within HR consulting, staffing, or multi-client environments.
