Job Description & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Co-founder you will be responsible for HR Operations at the corporate and Plant levels. Responsibilities will include :

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manpower Planning

HR Systems and Processes

Creating Job Profiles in line with Functional heads

Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant and corporate office requirements

Design, develop, and Roll out employee engagement and development programs

Manage talent through effective selection, focused induction, innovative development, smooth transitions, and exits.

Organization Development

Employee Lifecycle Management

Track changes in the organization hierarchy and update the roles and responsibilities as and when the need arises

Managing employee engagement

Performance Management System

Training and Development

Workforce Management &wage administration

Manage the promotions and reporting structures of the senior and mid-level leadership

Apprise leadership of the changes in the market concerning compensation, attrition, governmental policies, and competition

Manage Statutory Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, and IR & Welfare

Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM -HR (Full-time) from a reputed institute with 5-10 Years experience in a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company. Reporting to the Co-founder you will be responsible for HR Operations at the corporate and Plant levels. Responsibilities will include :
