HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead human resource operations, drive talent acquisition, ensure statutory compliance, and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, employee engagement, and people management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance management. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Manage performance appraisals, KPIs, and employee development programs. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives. Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HR MIS reports. Coordinate training and development programs. Lead HR audits and support management in workforce planning. Manage and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives. Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management. Eligibility Criteria MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification. 02–05 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. Experience managing HR operations independently.
