HR Manager – Factory Workforce Garg Foamtech Pvt. Ltd. | Bhiwadi, Rajasthan | Full-Time Garg Foamtech has been making EPE foam and air bubble packaging since 2005, mostly for automobile manufacturers in the Delhi NCR industrial belt. We need a hands-on HR Manager to build and keep a stable, skilled and motivated shop-floor team. Reports to: Managing Director Your main goals Recruiting: Hire machine operators, helpers and supervisors on time. Build a steady pool of candidates through local networks, ITIs and labour contractors. Run screening, selection and onboarding. Training: Run induction, safety (EHS) and on-the-job skill training. Build multi-skilling and keep training records. Retaining: Bring down attrition and absenteeism. Track attendance and turnover, and run engagement, recognition and welfare programmes. Conflict resolution: Be the link between management and workers. Handle grievances, discipline and disputes fairly, and keep the factory working smoothly. Other responsibilities Comply with the Factories Act, the new Labour Codes, PF, ESI, minimum wages, the Contract Labour Act and statutory registers. Coordinate attendance, overtime and payroll inputs. Manage labour contractors and check their compliance. Draft and enforce HR policies and the standing orders. Give management a monthly report on headcount, attrition, absenteeism and time-to-hire. Requirements MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or a graduate degree with a diploma in Labour Laws 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years handling blue-collar staff in a manufacturing plant Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong skills in negotiation, conflict handling and people management Firm, fair and discreet, and comfortable on the shop floor Candidates in or near Bhiwadi, Dharuhera or Neemrana preferred To apply: Email your CV to sales@foamtech.in with the subject “HR Manager – Bhiwadi”, or WhatsApp +91-9810159388.
