Position: HR Manager (Male) Experience: 5–10 Years Gender: Male Location: Palladam Preference: Local candidates preferred Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR operations Recruitment and onboarding Employee engagement and performance management Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination HR policy implementation and statutory compliance Resolve employee grievances and maintain discipline Prepare HR reports and MIS Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR or related field 5–10 years of HR experience Strong communication and leadership skills Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
