Job Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.

Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and employee benefits.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.

Identify training needs and organize employee training and development programs.

Implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR reports on manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.

Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and full and final settlement coordination.

Support management in organizational development and employee-related decision-making.
