HR Manager – Aleido India - Bengaluru – Hybrid
Aleido India (Formerly ibruk Consulting)
Job Description & Responsibilities
About the Role
As HR Manager, you will lead the people function for Aleido India, supporting a growing team while ensuring our global HR strategy is effectively adapted to local business needs.
You will be part of Aleido's global HR network, working closely with HR colleagues across our international markets. While many of our systems and processes—including our HRIS, recruitment platform, and employee engagement tools—are globally managed, you will be responsible for translating these into effective local practices that support our employees and business objectives in India.
This is a broad generalist role combining strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution. You are someone who builds trust quickly, thrives in ambiguity, and takes genuine pride in creating structure where there isn't any yet.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Own the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Drive recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and build a strong employer brand.
- Implement and continuously improve scalable HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with Aleido's values.
- Support managers with coaching, employee relations, performance conversations, and people development.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Manage HR operations including HR systems, employee records, documentation, and reporting.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
- Collaborate with the Global HR team to implement group-wide HR initiatives while ensuring local relevance and compliance.
- Coordinate with external specialists and consultants for payroll, statutory compliance, legal matters, and other areas requiring expert support.
- Use people data and insights to recommend improvements and support informed business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- HR certifications such as SHRM are an advantage but not essential.
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology, engineering, consulting, or other knowledge-based industries.
- Experience supporting a growing or scaling organization.
- Strong understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising managers on people matters.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.
- Experience working with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and build structure where needed.
Why Join Aleido?
- Be part of an international organization with colleagues across multiple countries.
- Shape the people agenda for a rapidly growing India business.
- Work closely with both local leadership and the global HR team.
- Build scalable people practices that will influence the company's future growth.
- Enjoy a collaborative, learning-oriented culture where people and innovation are equally valued.
