HR Manager (2-6 year) (India)

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing and able to build the HR Department from scratch
• Strong-headed; able to work in a limited-resource, fast-paced environment
• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Startup / small-company experience is an added advantage
• Self-starter who can build scalable processes independently
• Skilled at building a positive workplace culture and putting systems in place
