Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and qualifications.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts or career fairs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
